  • A landscape crew found a pinhole leak on our main reducer valve, and I called Emergency Plumbing LLC on the basis of Yelp reviews. They told me they could be there within an hour, but Bobby actually showed up within about 40 minutes, immediately identified the issue, quoted me a price, and left to get the part from the supply shop. When I realized he was back with his truck to do the repair, I went out thinking I'd give him the step stool to sit on, but when I opened my front door he was already done. I went back in, tested the water supply, everything worked, and I gave him my card to charge the repairs to. That was it, so simple. Sure, it cost a bit, but this was emergency service and was done quickly, efficiently, and courteously, so totally worth it. I'd use them again for sure, but I hope I don't have to for a while, plumbing emergencies being what they are.
