  • I have been renting with Haven Homes for 3 years and have absolutely no problems. We recently were told the house we are in is selling and was given the opportunity to purchase. We declined, because we are not in the market to buy yet.. Haven homes offered to get is in another home, we were lucky enough one became available in the area that we liked. We were given 1st choice and top priority!! They didn't have to do anything but, they did. Remember, the home selling is NOT Haven Homes fault. The owners have the right to sell their property. People need to remember that. We were approved for the house and will be moving in shortly. Jorge, the VP came out personally to visit with us and make sure we understood what was going and assisted us with all our questions. He actually, came out on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules.. I couldn't believe the wonderful hospitality he provided. Haven homes is top notch in my book!! They have been a great company to rent from and it's nice to know they have your back when something comes up. I would recommend Haven Homes to anybody. TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK!!!
