  • I would like to go back here to give it another chance since the entrees were absolutely phenomenal. The dry aged NY strip was perfect and the braised short ribs were the most tender I've ever eaten. The Lobster Bisque deserves 5 stars as well. The side dishes however were all lacking flavor and seasoning. The potato purée was nearly inedible and did not add anything to the dish. The risotto could have been mistaken for the cheese grits I had at MGM buffet earlier for Brunch. The most disappointing part of the experience was the service. Our waiter was knowledgable and helpful in choosing our menu, but after we ordered we didn't see him again. No one one the wait staff came to our table between getting our food and delivering the check. We talked to management about the lack of flavor in the side dishes and they removed them from the bill reconciling the experience enough to keep us pleased and wanting to give Craft Steak another try next time we come to Las Vegas. When I see a renowned name like Tom Collichio I expect perfection. This meal was not that but we were happy overall.
