rev:text	The food is good. The people working the bakery SUCK. I ordered a tres leches cake for my birthday three days in advance. No problem placing the order. When I went to pick up my cake 2 hours after the time that it was supposed to be done they still had to put the decorations on. When the lady brought the cake she was placing it in the box and when I asked her to add one more strawberry, she gave me an attitude saying oh no the strawberries only go here. She then put the lid on the box and then closed the box. I asked her how much it would be to add 1 strawberry and she said oh no we don't do more strawberries. So then I asked her what she said because I couldn't quite hear her and then she rolled her eyes, gave me an attitude,and went to get another strawberry and placed it on the spot that I had asked. The whole time that she was decorating my cake and putting ready to eat fruit on my cake she did not wear gloves and she had just helped a customer at the cash register prior to helping me. That is disgusting and a health code violation. Luckily for her I did not get her name but she is very rude and needs to be fired because she obviously does not need to work in customer service let alone in the food service industry. I will never order another cake from Cardenas and will stick to their hot foods from now on. I will also be reporting them to the Health Department. WHEN SHE WANTS TO PAY $40 FOR MY BIRTHDAY CAKE, THEN SHE CAN DECORATE IT HOWEVER SHE PLEASES...UNTIL THEN, I EXPECT MY CAKE TO BE DONE THE WAY I ASK MINUS THE ATTITUDE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
