  • I cannot believe the attitude and level of service in the service department. The level of arrogance, rudeness and lack of respect for the customer is amazing to me. I have never dealt with a group of advisers that actually think I should be honored for them to work on my car, this was amazing to me. The service department should be an extension of the sales department. Why would I purchase a vehicle from a dealership that has such a horrible service department. The level of arrogance and disrespect was so poor this morning that I have to call him out, Tim Thompson should not be dealing with the public, completely unprofessional.
