rev:text	Good 'ol RMT benefits...I figured I'll make the most out of them for a fully pampered experience. I've heard of Body Blitz from several peeps and they all say good things! I arrived just over an hour earlier for my appointment with my SIL, and confirmed my RMT appointment and ordered a chai smoothie at the front, to be served poolside in 30 minutes. Went to locker room (nice, clean, cleaning ladies diligently cleaning) and changed to swimsuits. There were many other ladies in the nude, but I'm not up to strutting nude in front of SIL =S Went through the whole water circuit and was SO proud of myself for taking ont the cold plunge with barely a flinch. No flinching at all, since I was numb allover (not so pro). The water circuit left me feeling FULLYYY relaxed, and the RMT hadn't even gotten her hands on me yet! RMT itself was wonderful, relaxed me into a near comatose state. The chai smoothie deserves a star on its own. I considered going by just to grab the smoothie and skedaddle. $6 isn't a bad price either, NOM! Overall, I loved my experience there. It's not the fanciest place I've been to for this price point, which prevents my 5 star review, but one of the better experiences in TO.
