Oh Kuma, I know the name means bear in Japanese and it reminds me of the Utada Hikaru song "Boku Wa Kuma." This place is like the Baskin-Robbins of snow cream places. It's a small place and their toppings are more colorful, very candy-ish. I go for more traditional, which you can totally do here. I got the green tea with mochi, almonds, and condensed milk. The snow is a little dense and not as fluffy as I like. I prefer the neat ribbons you usually get from snow cream. I also feel like this place tried for trendy and just missed its target.
