  • Deceptive ad states "ask for senior discount" & when I did he told me I "didn't need it, because look where you live". He misquoted me his service charge, then wouldn't refund the correct amount. And he pads his parts prices. Rude & disrespectful. No stars for this company! Does not understand the value of good customer service or the fact that people talk to each other. Pbbbttt!
