We had been going to Smart Cleaners for about 2 years now and had been satisfied with them until our last visit. We recently moved further away from Smart Cleaners, however we continued to patronize them. We received a coupon for them in the weekly circular offering 20% off. We presented it to them while picking up our dry cleaning during our most recent visit. They refused to except their own coupon stating that the coupon had to be presented when the cleaning was dropped off. Mind you this is not stated anywhere within the actual coupon. We asked where is this stipulated? She just looked down and repeated the original total. Complete disregard to my question. Your inability to even attempt a fair resolution lost you a client. In addition I will share my experience forward to anyone willing to listen.
