This is by far the most expensive and worst service I have encountered in my 15 years of indoor tanning. The staff had two very nice women and one nice man, the rest of the ladies could not be bothered half the time and I felt my coming in to tan was an inconvenience for them.
What finally did it for me was when I checked in for my tan I had received a discounted email about a spray tan, my gmail was having trouble pulling up and the woman had no clue what I was talking about and told me "no they aren't ten they are 50$". I felt she accused me of trying to scam her when I had received an email that morning, her attitude and lack of customer service only fueled my frustration. I don't think the staff is either told about deals or they just simply don't care, she then told me I did have one I previously paid for if I wanted to use it. I said I would and also I'd like to cancel my account, as someone in sales I was surprised she didn't ask why or anything just closed the account which is fine with me.
She asked if I knew how to use the machine and I said yes after getting prepped with lotion and shower cap the machine didn't start, I had to pop my head out to tell her and she was ranting on the phone and said "just a minute!" After that it came on but I was worried she did not put level 2 and pressed 1 even after asking me the level before. When I walked out she was still in the phone complaining about covering for another associate did not acknowledge me but did keep talking loudly and cursing. I did not get really any color and I have before so I think she pressed level 1 in her hurry, very disappointing.
Thanks palm beach tan You forced me to start using lotion from Sephora.
