  • I was extremely excited to purchase the new 10th generation Honda Civic sedan upon its release in November and had a fantastic experience with Zimbrick in getting my hands on the exact build that I wanted. I spoke with 5 different dealers around where I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, all of which gave me pretty high quotes with hardly any price reduction on parts & labor for the specific add-ons that I wanted or for the vehicle itself. To add to not giving much wiggle room, the dealers near where I live couldn't get their hands on a White Orchid Pearl Touring with Ivory interior and weren't going to try to place an order or trade for me. Thankfully I noticed that Zimbrick had the trim I was looking for in stock so I contacted Lynn Moldenhauer (with whom my family has purchased three other Hondas from in the past) directly to start talks. He gave me a better quote than any of the dealers in California and put it just on par with the price I was looking for, even after including the cost of shipping the car to me in California. When I was back in Madison for Thanksgiving I finalized the purchase in person and left the car with them to install my side underbody spoiler and the three illumination packages (photos of the great installation work they did on my add-ons, here: http://www.civicx.com/garage/civic-sedan-touring-bmartinson13.23/). They seamlessly helped coordinate handing the vehicle off to my chosen shipping company and I had the car in my possession a week later in California. Additionally, when I was finalizing the purchase, I was very happy with my dealings with the business manager, Randy Swingen as he laid out my options for extended warranties and protection plans. He gave me the details and his opinions, and let me make my choices with zero pressure (I did pay for auto armor and the extended warranty - and would recommend for anyone else to). It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Lynn and Randy and my only wish was that I could still work with Zimbrick for servicing the vehicle in the future (loved the west side garage when I lived in Madison). In all, I would highly recommend Zimbrick to anyone in the market for a Honda, even if they aren't local. Best Honda dealership of the six I've been to. P.s. to leave with one Honda generic note - the '16 Civic is an awesome ride and is groundbreaking for Honda USA in many categories - so if you're in the market for a new car, you should strongly consider it.
