| - For most of today, I've been trying to untangle the mess I made between my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro! I was disconnected from the world!!
I finally gave up with all 3 devices and drove to Apple Store in Summerlin. I was greeted with a very nice lady, Racquel (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is very happy to be working for Apple. I told her my problem and she attempted to help but I messed up my accounts so bad that she recommended contacting Apple support.
She checked out support and computer said wait time is 2 mins! I sent my information and to my amazement, the support person (Shikwan sp?) called me and we started from there ...
Between the store's computer and my iPhone, she walked me thru each step and patiently waited while I did my tasks ... after several attempts, I was back on the grid!
Next was a virus I "supposedly" downloaded from a link, I was so stressed only to find that the "virus" was only trying to get me to buy the software. After one click, the tech said I was good to go!
OMG, I am so overjoyed with these people! I was contemplating of switching to a tablet on my next laptop since my MacPro is about 4 yrs old, but after today's experience, no one can make me leave Apple ever!
