  • The real stand-out from this restaurant is the Beef Carpaccio. Wafer thin slices of tender lean beef draped over a perfectly balanced salty, sweet, sour and spicy salad topped with fried shallots. This dish is a 5 STAR dish. I will definitely come back but this dish is now something I dream about. The service is great, clean and friendly. The Pho was spot on. When my wife had some pho packed up to go the server had the kitchen separate the noodles out so they didn't get soggy. Highly recommended.
