  • Horrible company. I only went through them because my home warranty assigned them... so it wasn't by choice. I called to schedule an appointment during the week. It was a weekday and they gave me the hours between 1-4pm. I asked them to call me 30 min upon arrival. No one ever showed up. I called the company and the woman who answered said she would find out why no one showed.... she never called me back. I called again, and the man who answered, I believe his name is Juan. He is the owner.. I asked him why no one showed up and he couldn't provide an answer and he would verify. He never did. Very unprofessional, lack customer service, they don't understand instructions, and if the "owner' is the is all of those traits.. its no surprise why his employees/company are the same. Prices are not even competitive. Go with a trusted company that will ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO PROVIDE WARRANTY for their work unlike this company.
