  • Tour guide Kevin on red line today was rude and arrogant. There is no sign mentioning no talking. I was whispering something to my husband in response to a question and Kevin said it was distracting to hear someone talking while he was announcing some items. Quite offensive and poor customer relations. Other guides are much more informed, polite and of good attitude. Also not a way to get back to starting place unless you ride the bus around again. Used uber to return to starting place.
