  • I had to go to the ER twice last month and felt dismissed and uninformed both times. It wasn't until I went to visit my primary care provider who requested the records did I actually find out what was going on. As I have a pre existing health issue that could have been seriously compromised by what I was being seen for, things could have gone seriously wrong. The doctor I had on my last visit is the reason I won't be going back.
