  • The main reasons that I can't give 5 Stars is because: 1) It would have been a 4 day wait for them to come to me. And, it was a 2 day wait before I could get a in-store appointment. 2) I have to take the car back because my review mirror doesn't have the freedom of movement that it had before (would have been 4 Stars, had this not been an issue). 3) After completion, they told me that it would be about another 10 minutes because they would clean all glass and vacuum the interior. However, my car was brought around in about 1 minute. While the windows were clean (some streaking on the windshield), the interior had not been vacuumed. Now, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointed time. However, they didn't get the car in to the service bay until 25 minutes after the scheduled time slot. Luckily, the car was ready 1 hour later. So, they were within their 1.5 to 2 hour window for service. And the price was better than I was expecting to replace the windshield. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive.
