  • Worst company ever! DO NOT do business with this sleazy firm. Their approach to customer service is, "The customer is always wrong." They damaged the interior (Pebble Tech) of our pool on a deck remodel and still haven't returned to fix it after promising to do so. During deck demolition, they broke the PVC pipe to the auto-filler. They noticed it and pumped a bunch of silicone around the break hoping that we wouldn't notice, As soon as we turned on the filler it started leaking. Six months later and numerous calls, we finally got an inspector out who confirmed the damage and scheduled a crew to repair it. Two months later, a crew came and pumped more silicone in the hole - that helped :-( - They finally contracted a company to replace the broken auto-filler, and the job has about 75% complete when they called and asked for money to complete their warranty work - WHAT???? Run fast from this sleazy, fast talking company.
