  • I came with my children ages 5 through 17 unfortunately we missed out on two hours of swimming, so I asked the clerk if we could have a little extra time in the pool? Can you believe he said yes! We had a great time swimming!! The pool area was clean and always had towels! And I ran into another issue I had a mango and I didn't have a knife so I called downstairs and the clerk said I will find you a knife! Just come downstairs and bring your fruit. When I got down stairs he had a cutting board and knife for me to cut my fruit! The customer service is excellent! They really make you feel like you are VIP!! The rooms were very clean! The hallways and common areas where clean! And check out is at noon! I love that! I will come back here!!!!! I actually want to stay one more day! If you're looking for that Will treat you like you're very important?! This is the hotel for you!
