  • A total nightmare! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Arrived at 1 am after a 5 hour flight. Had to take two different shuttles to get to the facility. There was a huge line and only one guy working!! Each customer at the counter seemed to take in excess of 20 minutes to complete their LONG rental process. After waiting 1.5 hours I saw there was a cab sitting out front and I just gave up and took a cab to my hotel. NEVER again. I would rather pay the extra $10 a day,,,this place is a total mess. I guess if you are really broke and can't afford the other guys, then I hope you have a lot of time and patience. Otherwise, Some cheap things just are not worth it.
