Left my car there to just get the tires rotated after I bought my tires there last year. I thought they would take care of me. I do appreciate the fact that they rotate and and balance the tires for free so don't get me wrong with the next comments I am about to make... I know I am not 24 anymore but first come first serve is what I was told when I checked in... not so in fact. I left so they could do their work and I come back about an hour later and my car had not moved. I look around and watch people I know were not there when I came in check out and leave ahead of me! I try not to let this stuff get to me as I know it happens! And, I know they could tell I was getting upset so then one of the young men told me next time I should make an appointment. Wow. The whole job took 15 minutes in total but I had to wait extra for this job so they could get a younger and prettier girl done first. I may seem petty but I'm not I'm just fed up today and have to let them know these things are noticed. I won't be back which I'm sure they will be happy and glad to hear. The wrong response is to flat out tell your customer you should book an appointment next time. Maybe you should actually treat your return customers w respect and follow the first come first serve rule!
