  • Never going back to this place. I took my dog in today for a bath and she was bit by another dog and was bleeding from her mouth and eye. The guy at the counter did nothing when I brought the issue up to him and the owner of the dog. Ultimately he said that everyone is responsible for their dog here and I get that, but as an employee you should be concerned for the safety of your customers. He never mentioned that he was placing us next to an aggressive dog. Oh and the best part, once my dog stopped bleeding and I finished her bath o still had to pay full price. My dogs safety isn't worth going back here.
