  • As far as the hotel lobby goes, it's beautiful downstairs. They have an amazing selection of stores. The observatory is one of my favorite things about it. They consistently change it up and it always looks gorgeous. The hotel is ehh. We always stay at the cosmopolitan, but I've always wanted to stay here because the hotel itself is so beautiful. The room was comped to someone in our group, so I mean I guess I can't really complain,but the room was so small and jam packed with stuff. Overall, It's nothing special. It's like an average room you would get maybe at Harrahs. ? Now, as far as the casino goes... I usually never gamble at the Bellagio (because I never win many hands here for some reason lol) but the dealers were so rude this time. No one smiles, and out of all the tables I sat at, only one person was smiling and making jokes. Everyone else for some reason had attitude and make snarky remarks. One of the dealers even started making rude comments about someone in our party to another dealer. The dealers were not engaging, and overall it was a terrible experience. I mean we're here losing thousands the least you can do is smile.
