With so many chairs, I was surprised they choose to pack me in between two people (there were several empty chairs around the salon. I didn't really care until they started sanding down the girl's acrylics next to me. The nail tech had on a mask so they know dust flys, but they paid no mind to me as it landed ON ME and made me cough. The girl doing my pedicure BROKE my nail with the clippers - ow. Never have I had that happen. When she was done, the whole thing looked sloppy and the paint was blotchy throughout each nail. I nicely pointed this out and she said, "I already did enough coats." Okay. Fine. I was just so ready to get out of there. In a few days, my overpriced pedicure was mostly gone. The cheap nail polish they used chipped off in a matter of days. Not only will I not be back, but I will be contacting Tempe Marketplace management and the BBB. After my horrible experience, and reading about the bad experience of others, I am questioning their licence. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELVES.
