  • Repairs were done faster than expected. Yay. Lifetime warranty on the repairs. Yay. Picked it up at night. Next morning discovered clear coat overspray on the windshield and all four side windows. It wouldn't come off with anything I had at home. Brought it back, pointed out the problem to a tech. Specifically listed all the windows to him. Again got it back after the sun went down. Tech only cleaned the areas I touched with my hand; windshield still covered on the passenger side. Back again and one of the receptionists mentioned scraping it off with a knife... So, apparently this is a known problem - why not check for it before I picked up the car the first time? I will likely not be using this place again.
