  • I am not sure even where to start. Although, my time spent in the store was specific and short in total minutes, Michael is beyond genuine, generous, and took the time to sit and listen. Although I make a good living as a nurse, I have incured recent circumstances that have required getting together a large amount of money in a short time. I was forced to part with an engagement ring from several years ago. Although the relationship fizzled, I had a strong emotional connection to this ring as my daughter had originally helped my ex pick it out. While there was mention of turning it into matching mother/daughter rings (made even harder to turn down when my "shiny things loving"daughter was with me) I explained my situation and was pleasantly met with an understanding response, and no further mention of repurposing the piece. Talk about integrity from a jeweler! We did discuss fixing a ring of my daughter's at a later date, and I am now firm in my conviction that I will not trust another jeweler with the task! Take it a step further...due to this situation, my daughter and I have not been able to take advantage of all the fabulous shows we have heard about here in Las Vegas! We moved here only three months ago, and I have been working ridiculous hours at two separate hospitals. Michael gifted us with a pair of tickets to see a cirque show!! One that I have been wanting to see, and will now be able to enjoy with my favorite theater loving kiddo! The overall warm reception and treatment, lack of pressure to spend when I cannot at this time, and overwhelming sense of empathy and understanding makes Michael E. Minden Jewelers the only place I will go to for my "shiny things" from here on out. And the only place I will recommend those I know to go to! Thank you for such a pleasant experience! We will be back!!
