rev:text	First, I want to say this place is awesome!! I'm from out of town and I managed to break my phone while here on a business trip. Virtually, I was in Vegas with zero communication. I came into the shop one hour and a half before closing time, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the customer service rep (a plus). I told the customer service rep my problem and he immediately gave my phone to the service tech who then assured me he would do everything within his power to get my phone fixed by closing time. I was flabbergasted, even though I gave the service tech such a short time frame he was STILL able to assure me that my phone would be fixed today. To say that I was happy is an understatement. I was beyond relieved and grateful for his attentiveness and speedy service. The service tech managed to further impress me when my phone was fixed within one hour of dropping it off, versus the hour and a half he had originally committed to. I can't say enough good things about this shop and their employees. Great personnel, friendly techs and what's best, phenomenal customer service!! They managed to meet my needs and exceeded all my expectations, from the minute I walked in the door. This place totally went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected of them, when other phone repair shop's weren't able to provide the service I so DESPERATELY NEEDED. Plus, those shops were charging way more than this place did and they wanted to keep my phone overnight. Despite the issues I brought them: a short time hack, and a difficult phone repair, among other problems with my phone, this place still managed to get the job done. They put in more work and charged less!! This place TRULY delivered!!! Thank you guys for all of your hard work and for making me one happy customer! You are definitely life saving phone doctors.
