rev:text	Love Dr Walter, her assistants. The receptionist (Stacy?) is sarcastic, rude & dismissive. I was told there was no co-pay for a follow up visit. Of course, I got a bill. I called her to inquire about it, & was told, in a bored, sardonic tone that "I don't know who told you that, but if you don't pay, it will just go to collections!" When I said that I will be talking to the referring Doctor (who I have seen for over 20 years) she laughed & stated " do whatever you want!" They are obviously willing to loose a patient for $15.00. It's a shame, because Dr Walter, and the other medical staff, are great. I bet she will never be told about this. I have an ongoing, life long skin condition. There are so many dermatologists in Scottsdale. I will certainly see one, where patients are treated with respect, and where they honor what they say.
