  • The epitome of customer service. One of my favorite customer service experiences. I had been here over a year ago and it was really good, therefore we hunted it back down even though it wasn't close to the strip. Coffee was great! Had a mocha and we also had an americano. Both we very good but the customer service was awesome. They truly make you feel like you are family. Way to go Grouchy Johns
