  • This location just lost a customer. Came by for an oil change and they were busy (as was I) so I made an appointment to come back in an hour and a half. Upon my return the guy who helped me earlier said a technician went home so he didn't think he would get to me. Also while I'm waiting in lobby BOTH remaining technicians were complaining in full earshot of other customers about how they were "too tired" to get to the remaining cars (an oil change and a battery swap). Bunch of bums! Guess what? We're all tired and busy deal with it!! Only reason they got 2 stars is because I'm feeling generous...gonna go home now and tell the kids I'm "too tired" to make them dinner.
