  • Always taken my vehicles in to Firestone. They change managers or service guys at the counter. Usually a good experience but there is a guy there named Michael M. Getting after one of his employees in front of me. What's worse is this guy Michael still had the nerve to ask me to fill out the survey but if it's less than 10 to call him. Riiiight. I'll go back only because there is a manager there named David. Always ready to help with a sincere empathy for your concerns.
