  • I had to return an appliance to this store on the CT exchange warranty, and it was definitely defective, but the clerk at the Customer Service counter was very difficult. Strange that when he started serving me, he started to panic. Then when two other customers lined up, even though there were other customer service people available, he panicked even more. He was rushing me throughout the whole transaction, rude in the way he spoke to me, and he was looking for ways to not honor the exchange warranty. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and was acting as if he was the customer. It was a disgusting experience. They say his name is Shiv, the guy with the big tattoo on his arm...regardless, watch out for him and steer clear of customer service. The store on the other hand has a good selection, and I may still shop there on occasion.
