  • I've been coming to this Cane's for a long time now and never have I ever had such rude customer service. I understand the guy might have had a long day but I work in customer service at AT&T in the mall and I would never treat a customer that way. you chose your job. you decided to work in food. and there's no reason to treat anyone that rude. Glad the manager was there. I do appreciate his friendliness and understanding. I hope that guy who was rude has a better day tomorrow and doesn't treat anyone else the way he treated my husband and I.
