  • I don't know if it's the owner but she is extremely rude and lied over the phone about how much a service would cost to get me to come in. After I walked in and asked the ladies what I wanted infront of other customers and to confirm the price, she told me a higher price and said I "misunderstood". I called in before and asked for shellac removal for both hands and feet and they said $20 ($10 each). She went on to offer me a $45 mani and pedi and I asked if shellac removal would be included and she said YES. I finally get there and she said it was extra for shellac removal... I tried reminding her of what she offered over the phone but she made me look stupid infront of other customers. Only reason im giving this place a 1-star is because the technician that worked on me kept a friendly attitude and was actually nice.
