Bought a dinning table and bar stools. They were happy to take my money at the store. I paid for the VIP warranty and for delivery. Waited for delivery during my delivery time window (8pm-midnight!) MY FURNITURE WAS NEVER DELIVERED!! They didn't give me so much as a courtesy call to say they weren't coming. They won't let me talk to a manager told me I was on a wait list to have a manager call me but one never did. Finally, I asked for a refund. The customer Service representative agreed but told me it would take five or more days to receive the refund. Funny. It only took a minute to TAKE money from me!
Just to be clear this has not been made RIGHT, yet. I saw Nicole's response and it is misleading. I will post if and when this nightmare is over.
Update. My money from original purchase was finally refunded. I got my table and they thew in free delivery. A day late and a dollar short. I'll change my review from one star to two because everyone I spoke with was kind. However, the entire ordeal was exhausting and I wouldn't recommend shopping there.
