  • I beg you...do not give this place your business. I had the stereotypical nightmare car buying experience here. The sales person lied about warranties and also lied about the amount they were giving me for my trade. I am 6 months pregnant, they kept me there for nearly 5 hours and confused me with double talk and other tactics. It was high pressure and after 5 hours I was so frustrated but also so determined to not leave empty handed after all that time that I allowed them to railroad me into a horrible deal. I've bought other new vehicles from Ford and from Toyota and had far superior experiences there. I will never do business with Chevy again after this experience. The finance manager will assure you that he is there to address any issue you may have no matter how small...he is a liar. I tried to discuss the problems I had and he brought me to tears, was condescending and disrespectful. He acknowledged that he had the authority to correct the issues that I had with the deal but he refused to do so and lectured me about consumer responsibility and said I shouldn't have signed the paperwork if I was not happy.
