You make an appointment, you wait four weeks till you can get in. You get there and they can't verify your insurance, because the insurance company's computers are down. They want you to sign an insurance waiver and pay 100% of todays charges ( no small amount). I refused to do that and instead opted to reschedule, as I know my insurance will pay 80% and I will only owe 20%. Well guess what , now I have to wait another month to be seen . I guess insurance politics is more important than the patients well being. Maybe the referral from my primary care physician is not important enough. So far TCC present themselves as very uncaring. What a stressful event. I did reschedule, but will use this time to shop for another cardiology firm
