One of the most frustrating smartphone shopping experiences I have had. Unfortunately I could not get the reps name, but she clearly did not want to have a discussion or help me review options. I wanted to compare phones and upgrade options. She was not aware of data plan discounts available when upgrading to the Next plan that are clearly advertised. She was not listening as I tried to explain and just kept repeating herself to every question. I had to go to the att website to actually show her. I was just trying to understand final pricing but she would just give short, non relevant answers. It did not seem like she wanted to be even remotely helpful or make a sale (and I was ready to buy). I was not rude, but probably seemed frustrated because it was like trying to get answers from a wall. Finally I just gave up and she was too happy to walk over to the door and show me out. Shopping online is a much easier experience than the nonsense customer service offered here.
