  • Overall, great studio apartments! The price is a little high, but anything close to ASU is... The units, especially studio efficiency, are SO. GREAT. They are the perfect size for a grad student and small animal. The location is phenomenal (a few minutes walk from Downtown Tempe and seconds walk from Starbucks and a Park). I feel safe and secure. I have no concerns for bugs, or unwanted critters that any normal Arizona person wouldn't have. The neighborhood is well kept. The property and grounds, even more so. Maintenance usually responds within a day, and for emergencies (well a self inflicted one, I clogged my sink) that same day! The amenities are beautiful. I knew this was the place I wanted to live in Tempe, and am not disappointed. I have already signed a new lease and have no intentions on moving until I graduate. Also, the Front Office staff (Alicia? Brown hair, with glasses) are the best and always go out of their way to be of assistance and nice!
