  • I live in town. Visited for an anniversary with my boyfriend. Absolutely loved the service of the Hotel, Entrance, and Hostess. However, that was about it... Since we had to wait, we tried to find a seat at a bar to make the wait extra special but when we sat down, we were rejected by the bartender saying there are people to be returned. (when there wasn't any one sitting there for few minutes we've watched and no glass, no drinks at the spot). Not an offer to find us another spot nor asked us to wait. We just had to walk around and asked other bartender if we were allowed to take a seat at a empty spot. Not So Pleasant Situation. (at a bar??? we have to ask.... at our anniversary... we just at least wanted a average service...) Nothing special about the service by the water. Food was okay to be honest. We ordered 2 steaks, 2sides, wine, and a drink. We just felt mistreated... I guess I was expecting a good service but it was supposed to be a fun and hangout atmosphere than a well service, fine dining. Didn't reach my expectation...
