  • I had a poor experience working with Chris. He seemed happy to help over the phone during initial discussions, but later failed to follow through and did not answer calls or stick to deadlines as promised. I switched lenders early on in the process, otherwise I am sure this lack of responsiveness and constant delays would have caused major problems down the road, had I chosen them as my mortgage lender.
