  • We first stopped in and met with Alexia in October 2015. Alexia has been absolutely amazing to work with! The customer service at T-Bird Jewels is what sets this business apart from others. Alexia treated us as people, not as checkbooks. She wanted to get to know us, learn our story, and not rush the sale. We had visited other places where they legitimately didn't care about us as individuals and just wanted the commission. Such a turn off as you know, if you ever need help with your purchase, it'll be like pulling teeth. But not at T-Bird! Darryl, Alexia ,and the whole team are fast and efficient. They get to know each customer and treat them as family. I know we have found a lifetime jeweler.
