  • Stayed at the Orleans for the WAC basketball tournament. Normally I would not stay here since it is futher away from the strip, but since the majority of our time was going to be spent here, I thought it was a good idea rather than cabbing it back and forth. It was a good call. The rooms are older (they still have brass headboards), but it was clean and roomy. No one in our party had any complaints. The arena is really nice, perfect for the size of our conference. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment to keep you at the hotel, but the shuttle was surprisingly very dependable to get to the strip. Look foward to next year! Go Aggies!
