  • Beware! They give you a quote and ask for half down. Then the day before, they call and say if you don't pay for the entire job ahead of time they have to put a pre-lien on your home. They do this under the guise that this is as "new company policy" and don't mention it during their sales pitch in fear of losing your business. Not very ethical. And when you receive the pre-lien it is for the entire amount, even though you have already paid for half. That said, they did a good job. Their guys showed up at 7:15am and rang our bell, then decided to eat breakfast and didn't start until 8:15am, but were thorough and seemed to get everything covered in our attic. They cleaned up when they were done. Just didn't appreciate Jeff, the sales guy not being forthright with us about how payment for the job was to be done. It was a $1500 job and they felt they needed to do a pre-lien on our home for $750? A bit excessive if you ask me!
