Been here a handful of times, never had a problem with the food. Service is a hit or miss, but dim sum places are always on the unfriendly side from personal experience (aside from ding tai feng).
The most recent time I came here was with a group of 20. One of the people made a reservation so we were seated pretty quickly without any issues despite how busy it was. The carts came swarming before everyone got here. I was pleasantly surprised with the frequency of the cart visits. Each cart minded their own business, though - if you ask for something that they don't have, they'll just tell you to wait.
We ordered the shrimp dumplings, shumai, sweet rice chicken wrapped in lotus leaf, ribs, turnip cake, and lots of desserts. I recommend the turnip cake and the shrimp dumplings! With a table of 10, we spent 116 with tax and tips included. Good pricing for the amount of food we ordered!
