| - Had the WORST experience at this salon. My first visit, which was right in the morning when they opened, was GREAT.. manager probably saw that I was looking at reviews on yelp and made sure I had great service.. 2nd attempt, not so good. I actually decided to book reservations for my entire wedding party/family to get our nails done here, THAT'S how happy I WAS. Had to put a $25 deposit down, which was fine with me since I was able to use that money when I came back for the wedding. I went in on a busier afternoon, without an appointment and asked how long the wait time would be. Manager said, rudely, just sign in and go sit down.. Okay.. fine. Told the woman, I wanted a design on my toes and she said the manager had to do it.. Apparently he doesn't even trust his technicians to do designs. As I was sitting, another woman sat in the pedicure station next to me, and very nicely asked the manager "Is the water clean? Just want to make sure" He said " Yes of course it's clean, HERE LOOK at the solution we clean our bowls with" And put the bottle of cleaner right by her face.. he then put his whole hand in her water and said "WOULD I DO THIS IF IT WASN'T CLEAN?!" The woman said.. "Okay, sorry, you don't have to be rude" And that was the end of conversation. He made a very big deal about it and changed out her water. I then waited for him to come do my design, which was literally 3 stripes across my toes, 15 minutes went by and I had to ask for him again. He came to do my design, and messed it up, STRIPES REALLY?! So I told him to forget it, and just repaint the color. As he did this, another woman came up and told him she was ALSO waiting 20 minutes for design, he left me and went to her immediately.. I was left with a half assed painted toe.. the woman who originally started my pedi cleaned me up and apologized for him. I was so unhappy with my experience I spoke to a few friends and they too had a bad experience at the salon. I went in to cancel my party there and they refused to refund me my money for the deposit, which they NEVER stated was nonrefundable. I will not even use that for a pedi that I've already paid for.. I don't understand how this owner can still be so rude and terrible with all of these reviews.. and still be employed!! I am a business owner and know customer service.. this was NOT okay. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
