  • I called this office 2 weeks ago to tell them a family member of mine, who has been a patient for many years was in the hospital and it looked quite dire. The woman who answered the phone did not even say "I'm sorry to hear that." There was no acknowledgement what-so-ever. She just said "I guess you want to cancel his appointment then?" It was horrible to have her be so callous to my father quite possibly passing away at any time. When she did cancel the appointment I noticed she had the date wrong, yet again. I'll definitely find a different doctor. This unprofessional, uncaring person was named Denise.
