  • I bought my second car from Towbin Dodge and the experience was great. I was originally there visiting their service department and wasn't sure I was ready to trade in my vehicle but still wanted to look. I was introduced to Melissa to show me some cars. My entire experience with her was awesome. She was a no pressure type of sales person and I appreciated that she really took the time to get to know what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. She was also very patient with my toddler and all the showroom staff were friendly to him (thanks for the cookies). The vehicle I purchased was priced below bluebook and they offered me a fair price for my trade-in. Melissa also went out of her way to track down the prior owner and go pick up the additional key clear across town. Thank you Melissa and Towbin Dodge for the great customer service! We will be coming back this fall to buy my husband a new vehicle.
