  • Got my phone number wrong even after confirming it on the phone and upon arrival. Had to call back several times before I got a answer to find out what was going on. The cut was fine but when they handed my puppy to me, they hadn't brushed out the fur they cut so I had huge globs of fur all over me. Similarly, my dogs nails are clear and very easy to cut; they hit the quick on two nails. The entire point of the appointment was to find out how she did with a groomer and other dogs, but I had to probe for any information at all from the front desk to find out how she had done. I will not be returning!
