| - If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not live here. I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment I'm paying for a service at, in my life. The poor communication, has been evident in multiple instances. I am a Customer Relations Analyst and Human Resource Coordinator. I do understand that no one is perfect, and that there are procedures to follow. However, as a person whose job it is to coach others on how to improve their customer service, let me inform you all, Element at Deer Valley receives a failing grade.
In short, here is how Kristen specifically, could improve:
1. Own mistakes and rectify them
2. Do not aggressively speak over someone who has a concern
3. Do not shout at a customer, especially when they are not shouting at you
4. Do not insinuate derogatory things to the customer, about the customer in order to protect yourself from being at fault
5. Have integrity
6. NEVER interrupt someone who has a grievance. You will have time to voice your reason. Interrupting multiple times only creates frustration
7. Before attacking the customer on their grievance with your team, investigate. Ask your team if this is true.
Moving forward, I will tell anyone who asks, Element at Deer Valley is not an establishment that values professionalism, integrity, or their residents.
